The item is a thick strap that could also double as a loose collar and it doesn't seem heavy. In fact, if Caelus weighs it with his hand, it's very light like a modern touchscreen cell phone. Unlike a modern cell phone, the device looks very retro with a small "screen" at the top that has a picture of an apple with a cravat. ]

[ OH sorry, meant to imply it's on caelus' neck. he's real streetlife now. but also it would be more work than it's worth to cover the mark up (just to have it float above the clothing anyway).

he blinks when the collar speaks, hands dropping from where he'd been fussing with it without removing the device from pickles' neck. would be rude without permission. ]

This is much better than the one-two-bark method.

Why does Caelus sound so unsure? Pickles is concerned.

The puppy would hope so, but Mr. APPLe is quite advanced in many ways. ]

I'm an artificial body. 'Receptacle' refers to that.
